On Set: LG Electronics Photo and Videography Shoot
While we are sure they don’t need an introduction, LG electronics, established in 1958, is a global pioneer in consumer products.
From Home cinema to Vehicle Component Solutions, the company reaches successfully into a multitude of different sectors. LG has unveiled many new products, applied new technologies in the form of mobile devices and digital TVs in the 21st century and continues to reinforce its status as a global company.
The Brief
LG Approached UNBXD to capture content across both Photo and film for their new Careers website, which will be used to promote and recruit new team members across the UK.
The Approach
Following our initial discussions with the team at LG Electronics, It became clear that we wanted to go above and beyond to create fun and engaging; yet professional content that would accurately represent the team at LG electronics!
The Solution
First, we began by finding examples from similar shoots in the tech recruitment industry. We knew that the photoshoot had to be up to the same high standards as LG’s electronics portfolio. Creating a storyboard was imperative, as we wanted to make sure our team on set would know exactly what to shoot on the day, plus give LG the creative freedom to add anything they would like to showcase.
Next, we sourced talented actors and models for the shoot who would be believable to represent the talented employees at LG UK. We also provided wardrobes and styling for the shoot. As this was an office-based scene, we kept it simple with smart clothing and accessories such as briefcases and handbags.
From a technical point of view, we also wanted to make sure we used the newest, cutting edge technology for the shoot. This included extensive discussions with the team to ensure every aspect of the production was captured in the highest possible detail.
The Results
