Established over 20 years ago the Solent Group is one of the leading end-to-end manufacturing solution companies, with offices and factories in the U.K., Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Welcoming Two New Digital Account Managers to the Team

Following an increase in demand for strategic marketing and management services, we have recently welcomed two new Digital Account Managers to the team, Amy and Hollie! 

Ensuring that our clients online presence and digital persona is consistent throughout is a fundamental part of our Digital Account Managers day to day tasks. Both Hollie and Amy have backgrounds in sales, marketing and copywriting, and also experience in dealing with national big name brands in both the pharmaceutical, hospitality and events industries. 

They’ll be assisting our clients with everything from Social and Email Marketing, to strategic marketing and content planning to increase conversion and develop their various channels. They'll also be working alongside our creative team to construct exciting campaigns aimed to spark interest and engagement with its' audience.

Instagram: Booking Feature for Businesses

In March this year, when Instagram revealed that they reached 1 million advertisers, the social media platform also briefly shared plans that they going to be bringing a booking feature to the app. Instagram users will soon be able to book appointments using the photo sharing app. Bloomberg has reported that Salon appointments and restaurant table bookings could be set up by clicking on the business’ Instagram profile and using the new feature.
